What BGP tables can I receive on my VPS?
Depending on your plan, you can receive either a Default route or a Full Feed. The Starter plan provides a Default route due to memory limit, while Basic, Advanced, and Ultimate plans allow you to receive a Full BGP Feed.
How are BGP sessions established and managed?
BGP sessions in Germany (DE) are fully automated. Once your VPS is deployed and your ROA/IRR records are validated, you can establish sessions using your preferred routing daemon such as BIRD 2 or FRRouting (FRR).

Can I announce downstreams or act as a transit provider?
Downstream announcements are supported exclusively on the Ultimate plan (up to 5 ASNs). All other plans (Starter, Basic, Advanced) are restricted to single-ASN announcements without downstream support.
Which Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) can I access?
Starting from the Basic plan, you get direct access to several Internet Exchanges:

- LocIX NL: Free (NL)
- BGP.Exchange: Free (DE)
- LocIX FRA: €4/month (DE)
Note: IXP access is not available on the Starter plan due to technical constraints.
How does the Fair Use Policy work for bandwidth?
Our Fair Use Policy is designed around an unthrottled, neighbor-friendly network model. You have full, unrestricted access to your maximum connection speed to handle traffic bursts, peaks, and high-demand workloads at any time.
To guarantee high network stability and ultra-low latency for all users on AS34872, services are provided on a shared, fair-share capacity. If continuous, round-the-clock port saturation threatens network performance for adjacent clients, temporary rate-limiting may be automatically applied to preserve infrastructure stability until traffic normalizes.
This ensures your legitimate high-burst traffic runs at full performance without hidden overage fees, while protecting the network against sustained abuse.
How can I test network performance, latency, and routing before ordering?
You can evaluate our network performance anytime using our public diagnostic tools. We provide a list of test IP addresses for ping and traceroute tests across our Points of Presence (PoPs) on our PoP list page.
For BGP route inspection, latency checks, and MTR tests directly from our edge routers, you can also access our Looking Glass tool.
Can I configure custom Reverse DNS (rDNS / PTR)?
Yes. Custom rDNS (PTR records) can be fully configured for all your allocated IPv4 & IPv6 addresses directly via support, making it suitable for mail servers and self-hosted services.

Which Operating Systems can I install on my VPS?
You have full flexibility to install any standard Linux distribution, BSD variant, or custom OS. Through our Proxmox virtual environment interface, you can directly mount ISO images available in our local ISO mirror.
If you need a specific public ISO that is not currently available in our mirror, simply open a support ticket and our team will gladly add it for you. Please note that cracked, pirated, or unauthorized software images (such as cracked MikroTik RouterOS) are strictly prohibited across our infrastructure.
How quickly will my VPS be deployed?
VPS orders are deployed within the same business day. Our dedicated team personally verifies every setup to ensure your BGP routing and network parameters are perfectly configured from day one.

Are discounts available for longer billing cycles?
Yes, for monthly products. Choosing a quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly billing cycle applies an automatic discount (such as 3% off on quarterly plans) compared to monthly billing.
