Calendar year = the price is invoiced each year on September 1st regardless of the date of purchase.

Fair Use Policy – Misuse of services (e.g., spamming, mass emailing, scraping, proxying, port scanning, unauthorized security testing, or seedboxes) is strictly prohibited. Reasonable email hosting and custom reverse DNS requests are allowed. See our terms of services for details.

RIPE NCC Orders – The first payment is required before submission to RIPE NCC. ASN requests outside the RIPE region without an active VPS incur a €40/year EU presence check fee. Customers using AS34872 transit services for at least one year benefit from free documentation verification. Complex requests (>10 min) may incur additional fees. Bundled product: Partial cancellation of discounted bundles (eg: asn + /44 + vm) within the first year results in the remaining services being charged at the full standalone price. (E.g., VPS cancellation = €40 ASN Setup fee charged.) See our terms of services for details.
