Abuse report
One of our clients uses his IP or his IP transit to commit illegal or harmful acts. (Ex: spamming, scrapping, buletproof hosting, hacking, ...)
Sponsored ressource
One of our clients uses sponsored resources (ASN, IP, ...) to commit illegal or problematic acts. This client ignores transmitted abuse and meets the definition of a "bulletproof" host.
Security issue
Have you identified a vulnerability on our systems? Do you want to make a responsible disclosure? In this case, contact us. We can even offer you some personal services in return depending on the severity :)
Always add evidence, if possible from an independent source. An abuse or security report without documentation/proof will not be processed
